Benjamin Gevercer is an associate with the firm’s litigation unit.
Mr. Gevercer received his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2018. While there, he served as Articles Editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review and a co-chair of the King Hall Legal Foundation. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Economics from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 2012, where he graduated cum laude.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Gevercer worked on presidential campaign in Pennsylvania and North Carolina and at the California Department of Finance on issues such as 2011 Public Safety Realignment, public safety funding and the economic review of regulations.
Mr. Gevercer is admitted to practice in California. His professional memberships include: the Sacramento County Bar Association, Leonard M. Friedman Bar Association, Schwartz-Levi Inn of Court and the California Political Attorneys Association.
