The law firm's experience in providing a unique combination of legal and lobbying reporting services assures compliance with rigid reporting requirements of the California Political Reform Act of 1974. The firm has extensive expertise in the interpretation and application of the requirements relating to gifts, activity expenses and political contributions. Required reports are subject to review by the Fair Political Practices Commission and the Franchise Tax Board. The firm utilizes a sophisticated computerized lobbying reporting system.
