Fishburn Capital Law Firm Adds New AssociateSACRMENTO -- Olson Hagel & Fishburn’s growing political and government law practice today announced the addition of a new associate. William B. Tunick joins Olson Hagel’s litigation unit. Tunick's practice focuses on constitutional and government law litigation. Tunick served as a law clerk with Olson Hagel during the summer of 2005 and throughout his third year of law school. Earlier, he interned at the California Commission on State Mandates and California Attorney General's office. Tunick received his law degree from the University of California, Davis in 2006. At UCD, he served as a managing editor for Environs – Environmental Law and Policy Journal and participated in the school's moot court program. In 2003, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California at San Diego where he majored in Political Science and Urban Studies & Planning. Tunick is a member of the California Political Attorneys Association. ### Olson Hagel & Fishburn was founded in 1977. The firm serves as
General Counsel to the state Democratic Party and advises numerous candidates,
elected officials, political action committees, ballot measure committees,
lobbyists and contributors on laws that regulate political conduct. The
firm's Social Security Unit represents clients from the initial application
process through litigation in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. |
